Mission Statement:
The primary objective of our Charitable Trust is to provide rehabilitation and formal education to abandoned, parentless, and less privileged children who are deprived of learning opportunities. Many of these children live on the streets, in remote villages, tribal communities, and hilly regions where access to schools is scarce. Through our initiatives, we aim to bring them into the fold of structured education, nurture their potential, and give them the chance to lead dignified and fulfilling lives. Education is not just a right—it is the foundation for hope, opportunity, and transformation.
Our secondary objective is to empower children from economically weaker sections, with special focus on girl children, by enabling them to pursue vocational courses after their intermediate schooling. By equipping them with practical skills, we help them move towards self employment or secure suitable jobs in India and abroad. This approach ensures that education is not limited to classrooms but extends into real opportunities for livelihood and independence. With your support, we can create a future where every child, regardless of background, is educated, skilled, and empowered to contribute meaningfully to society.
Our Mission: Restoring Dignity, Security, and Hope
Every child deserves a safe childhood, and every elder deserves a life of dignity. Yet, countless abandoned children and neglected seniors struggle daily on the streets—without shelter, protection, or care. Our charitable trust is dedicated to changing this reality.
Protecting Vulnerable Children - We work to identify and rescue parentless and homeless children who are left unprotected on roads, bus stations, and railway platforms. These children are at risk of exploitation, human trafficking, and juvenile delinquency. By providing them with shelter, education, and emotional support, we safeguard their future and help them dream of a peaceful life like any of us.
Supporting Abandoned Elders - Fragile elderly parents, often abandoned due to financial crises, health issues, or broken family support systems, are left to survive in harsh conditions—bone-chilling winters and scorching summers—on footpaths, under bridges, and near public spaces. We strive to give them a secure home, warm clothing, medical care, and above all, respect and honour. Our goal is to ensure they live their remaining years with dignity and peace.
Founded in December 2024 by a dedicated team of retired military Officers, JCOs, IT engineers, bankers, insurance investment executives and corporate managers. Our Trust is committed to restoring dignity to the most vulnerable members of our society. After decades of national service, we have united to address the complex plight of abandoned children and elderly individuals who have been displaced by poverty, terminal illness, or natural calamities. Many of these souls currently survive in dire conditions on urban pavements and under bridges, lacking the basic security of a roof over their heads. Our mission is to transition from temporary street-side assistance to providing a permanent, nurturing environment that offers safety and hope. We believe it is our collective duty to ensure that no child or senior citizen is forced to lead a life of uncertainty and suffering.
To achieve this, we are establishing a self-reliant community living facility designed to provide long-term housing and holistic care. This project integrates sustainable technologies, such as solar power and rainwater harvesting, to ensure environmental responsibility and minimize recurring operational costs. We urgently seek generous financial contributions or assistance in securing suitable land to bring this sanctuary to life on the ground. Your support will provide the capital necessary to build a secure infrastructure where the homeless can finally find peace and belonging. Join us in our "dharma" to uplift the less privileged and provide them with the dignified life they deserve.
Bringing awareness among masses about pollution, its impact on ecology, effects of mindless and uncontrolled discharge of industrial effluents into rivers, burning garbage, stubble burning, deforestation, over use of fossil fuels, green house effect leading to floods, drought, landslides, avalanche, melting of ice at Arctic regions, use of renewable energy like Solar Wind, water conservation, rain water harvesting etc.
To conduct spiritual prayer meetings for the underprivileged and abandoned, and also to inculcate a sense of brotherhood, non-violence, respect for each other, harmonious living, patriotism and other such core values amongst the rehabilitated children.
To promote sports and conduct various sports events after providing required training facilities for talented children amongst the less privileged sections in the society and thereby enable them to participate in national and international sports events and win medals for our country.
Hope 4 Nest is a compassionate social initiative under Sanmanas Charitable Trust, founded by a group of retired Army Officers, Junior Commissioned Officers of the Indian Army, young IT professionals, Bankers, Corporate Managers, and Insurance Investment Executives.
The above soldiers who once served the nation in Services in uniform, have volunteered now themselves to serve the society they live in , for the upliftment of the abandoned and the destitute children, and the elderly people who are left out by their own kith and kin due to their financial and other health issues, through compassion and care.
At Hope 4 Nest, our work is guided by empathy, responsibility, and a deep commitment to social welfare.
Our holistic programs focus on education, healthcare, emotional well-being, and social support to uplift the abandoned children and the elderly individuals, and families facing hardship.
Presently we assist abandoned children and elderly people , to have access to food and clothes at places where they are living . Depending on the availability of funds from generous people who are either friends, business people, employees, and good Samaritans in the society we live in or from our own contributions.
We , in the coming days, plan to acquire a piece of suitable land and build an Ashram to shelter and thereby to rehabilitate the abandoned children and vulnerable senior citizens. By doing so,the needy receive a safe home to live in , food to eat , children get formal education, timely medical care and emotional support to the elderly people, all in a dignified and nurturing environment.
Founder Quote: "Having served the nation in uniform before retirement, time has come now, to serve its abandoned and homeless children and elderly people with complete dedication, compassion and care."
