Sanmanas Charitable Trust marked India’s Independence Day with a flag hoisting ceremony at the PMC School in Yewalewadi, Pune. The national flag was hoisted by the Founder of Sanmanas, a retired Indian Army Officer, symbolising a lifelong commitment to service—first to the nation, and now to its people.
Following the ceremony, the Founder addressed the students, encouraging them to value education, develop discipline, and contribute meaningfully to nation-building. The interaction aimed to inspire young minds to dream beyond limitations and recognise their role in shaping the country’s future.
The event was a reminder that patriotism is not only about remembrance, but also about responsibility—towards education, society, and fellow citizens.
